Something a little different today! Several weeks ago I got an email from JORD, introducing their line of wood watches and offered me to review a watch of my chosen model.
I don’t usually wear wristwatch but actually I like them, especially the classic wristwatch with metal link bands. So when I opened JORD website to look at the watches, I was very intrigued to see such unique twist of the classic style.
For my complimentary watch, I chose one from the Ely series in the color maple. The Ely series has small face that is suitable for my wrist. You can read more specifications of the watch in the JORD website, I just love how it the look is kinda classic with a twist! The wood is not heavy at all, and I can say that it is a lot more lighter than ordinary metal wrist watch. And because these are made of wood, every watch is unique with its own grain pattern.
The watch was quite big around my wrist, but it has two links that can be removed. Too bad that due to my tiny wrist, it was still a bit too big even after both links were removed. I need to remove at least two more links! But I think this is not something that you should worry about unless you have tiny wrist like me….
I decided to wear the wristwatch like a bracelet so it doesn’t have to be tight around my wrist. Here it is with colorful bangles, perfect for spring!
Now here’s the good news! JORD has also offered YOU to have one of their wood watches! Just check out the JORD wood watches on this page and then go back here to enter the Raffle. The winner will be drawn next week! Good luck!

I love the one youre wearing
I really like the unique look of the wood. I have bookmarked the company page and perhaps DH will take the hint for my birthday!
These are amazing. I can’t decide which is better, the Fieldcrest in Maple (I like how simple the face is) or the Ely in Cherry. Both are gorgeous!
I can admit to being a Fossil watch snob in general, but these are great!
Gorgeous watches! I love the retro feel of the Delmar for men.
Those are fantastic! Ely in black would be my choice (although they are all very nice).
かわいい!They are all awesome, but I’d go Ely or Delmar in white. Fingers crossed!
What gorgeous watches! I’ve never heard of them before. I also like the Ely since I have small wrists. The maple or the black are lovely.
I really like the Ely in Maple too, and also in the Cherry! If I had bigger wrists and hands, I think I would wear the 746 in Cherry and Black. I like the visible mechanism and the strap almost reminds me of a snake!
Very pretty, I like yours or the red one.
These are all fabulous. I would pick the Ely in maple too. Thanks for the chance to win. Love your blog!
I don’t usually like watches – but this one I do! I really like the style you picked out.
Absolutely stunning. Mechanically driven wood watches… genius. My favorite is the blond wood, but honestly would rock any one of them.
Oh, I agree with your choice! The Ely in Maple is the prettiest of their watches, particularly for a lady!
I own wooden eyeglasses. Wouldn’t it be fun to add a wooden watch to my accessories?
I love the Ely style you got. I always have trouble with watch faces look giant on my wrist.
I fell in love with this watch when you posted it on instagram. Ely maple look so great! ほしい! ;-)
Love the ely black.
Absolutely stunning watches!
I have 3 watches… all not expensive… all just stopped working! I love the Ely Maple just like yours. Just like you I have a very small wrist and the last watch to stop fits just the same as a bracelet too. I don’t mind this though.
That watch is amazing!
Lovely! I can’t choose between the Ely in cherry or black…
I also think the one you picked out is the prettiest. I love the color of the wood!
Wow, those look so amazing! I love their Delmar series, it’s such a great chunky model that really shows off the wood.
I love Ely in cherry!
It is indeed lovely and I also like the way you wear it as a wristlet! I had a peek at their website but I still think the one you picked it the prettiest!
