Hello! My name is Novita.

I’m a stay-at-home mom living in Tokyo with the two love of my life. We’re originally from Indonesia, but my son and I went to Tokyo in 2008 to join my husband who has been here since 1999.

Equipments:

• Most photos are taken by myself using Panasonic Lumix G1, a small SLR camera with swivel LCD display, set on tripod and camera timer.
• Pictures from before November 2009 are taken using small digital compact camera, Panasonic Lumix LX2.
• I also use iPhone 4s to take smaller pictures. My favorite apps are Camera+ and Snapseed.

• For editing pictures, I use Picasa and Photoshop.
• I make my illustration and pattern using CorelDraw!, a vector drawing software.

Babylock BL-75 and Janome Equle CP 4850

Janome Equle CP 4850 stitches

• Since February 2010, my sewing machine is Janome Equle CP 4850, replacing my Janome Agneau d’Or Y101. Both are only available in Japan.
• I didn’t use serger for my work and mostly used zigzag stitch (#8) and stretch stitch (#6) on my Janome for sewing knits.
• On March 2012, a very kind lady gave me her serger, Babylock BL-75. It is a special machine!
